Who is responsible?

Enquiries and correspondence

We process your email address, message and any name or company information you provide to discuss your project and respond to you. Where you personally request steps towards a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other correspondence, including enquiries on behalf of a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).

Providing data is voluntary. We need an email address and enough project information to handle an enquiry. Name and company are optional. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Website operation and security

Technical information, such as an IP address and request time, may be processed to provide and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest in availability and security. The form uses short-lived security tokens and limited rate-control records to prevent misuse.

This version of the website has no advertising trackers, third-party analytics or embedded social feeds. Fonts and images are hosted with the website. The form does not require tracking cookies.

Service providers

Our website and email are intended to be hosted by SEOhost. We will verify the relevant contractual entity, processing terms, subprocessors and any international transfers before launch. This draft does not confirm the location of all processing.

Retention

We retain correspondence only while needed to handle the enquiry, manage any resulting relationship or protect relevant legal claims. Specific retention periods for enquiries, hosting logs and backups are being finalised before launch. Form rate-control records are designed to expire after 24 hours.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Contact studio@protoglass.eu to exercise these rights. You can lodge a complaint with the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority.

We do not use enquiry data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
